Update 2/25/15: The soap smells great and cleans hands well! Be careful where you buy the refill from because it is not always cheaper than just buying pumps. The below comments are based on a price of 10.93 for the refill. Refills can be purchased from the manufacturer at a much better price than here on Amazon. At the manufacturer's price this is a 5 star product. The following is the original review: Great soap, bad price for refill if you have Amazon prime. Price is an important component to the overall value of an item, thus it should play a part in the rating. Hence, the two star rating. It is cheaper to buy 6 brand new 12.5 ounce bottles for 20.34 and free shipping than to buy one 33 ounce refill for 10.93. Some quick math shows that 6 12.5 ounce bottles is 75 ounces for 20.34. Buying two refills would get you 66 ounces at a cost of 21.86. It's sad really, because I'd rather buy a refill at a cheaper cost than a brand new pump bottle. More plastic and product for less just doesn't make economic or environmental sense. We like the soap. We just wish we could find a refill that was actually worth buying. As it stands now, we'll simply buy 6 brand new bottles over the refill for the next order.
