I had one of these for a year (changing out the bristles when needed) but had to replace it when the material in the cap wore out and soap was no longer being dispensed. I've purchased 2 since then, and they both broke within a few days/weeks of using them. The plastic screw that connects the dispenser to the replaceable bristles broke both times. It's really disappointing because it's such a clever design and used to work great.
