Hmm...where do I even start.. The batteries will have to be replaced after only 30 minutes of use (you'll need to buy the charger separately). The sky align doesn't work (I've tried alot, and watched video's and read the user manual instructions repeatedly trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Oh, and when it arrived I couldn't even use the controls until, after searching forums for answers, I had to reload the firmware (which of course they don't include the necessary cable). Now the last time I tried using it the display started scrolling multiple messages over top of each other making it impossible to read. I've tried calling Celestron's tech support but regardless of what time I call it always says they're experiencing higher than average call volume. So after waiting 30 minutes without getting through I decided to try their online live chat support since the onhold phone message kept saying it was faster. Lo and behold, the live chat isn't available! But they give you the option to submit a support ticket, which they say will be replied to as soon as possible.. Apparently they must have alot of problems to address since it's been three days and I still haven't heard back from them!
