It was an amazing product until it just suddenly stopped working while in the middle of a cooking session. I used this to make soups, chilis, rice, you name it. It was awesome. Then the other day, only 3 months after buying it, it simply died while in use. It will no longer turn on. Nothing. Just stopped working while I was making soup. I have tried contacting InstaPot and hope they can get back to me. I cant believe it simply died. I had gotten rid of my other slow cookers because this was so great. Now I don’t have anything !!!! Update : over a week has passed and no reply to my emails :( 2nd update: They got back to me and requested photos. I provided the photos a week ago. Still yet to hear anything back.
