Nuvo h2o VERY VERY VERY disappointed! Do not waste your hard earned money on this system! I purchased this system about a year ago. It cost me almost $1400 at the time , with the cost of a licensed plumber for installation. It seemed to work great until summer hit this year. I live in AZ where it is hot, especially in the summer. Heck for 6 months out of the year it’s at or above 90 degrees... But long story short, the head on the system started to expand like a pop can ready to burst! As you can see on the picture where it started turning light blue/ white. I noticed a small leak, and unfortunately I couldn’t just turn the system to off or bypass. Because the head is still under water pressure. I contacted Nuvo H2O to see what they could do about warranties on it. I sent pictures, and they told me they wouldn’t warranty it do to the Heat. Which I thought was odd considering they don’t mention anything on the web site about hot climates... I was told I could purchase another head to solve my problem. Which I said no way! What to have this same problem in a couple months or next summer... Not happening! I asked why they don’t mention this on the website & if they had something in metal so this couldn’t happen again. The only thing they said was that they needed to update the website, and that there was nothing they could or would do. Besides try to take more of my money.... They said the system doesn’t work well in 90+ degrees and that this can happen, because it is plastic. So beware if you live in the country where it gets over 90 degrees!! Hope this helps people from wasting their money like I did...
