I buy these cans of emergency foods to have on hand should a disaster happen. I like the fact that they are good for as long as 25 years. I purchased 14 more cans this week, but found when these cans of carrots arrived, they had huge red stickers stuck on over the dates on the bottom of the cans. The stickers DON'T peel off as I hoped they would. Why would big red stickers that don't peel off be stuck over the dates to see when the food was dehydrated and how long it is good for??? Did Amazon do this or did Auguson Farms do this? Please if it is necessary to put big red stickers on the cans of food, please put them in a place other than over the dates on the bottom of the cans. The dates are very important on emergency foods!
