DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I was so excited to get the willow, I’m exclusively pumping and wanted a hands free pump... well it’s too good to be true. 1. SO many problems, the right pump had so many technical difficulties and keeps disconnecting from the app so I have no idea how much im pumping - at $500 this should NOT happen! 2. Customer service are TERRIBLE, the first time I contacted them took almost 5 days to reply and they just have a cut and paste support and it DOESNT help. 3. There is NO way you could wear these pumps actually under clothes, they are huge. So I spend all day just in a bra with my dress pulled down and the pumps have stretched my favorite maternity bra. If you ware thinking you can wear these discreetly and pump you will be sorely mistaken, they are also pretty loud. 4. The containers - worked perfect for 2 weeks and now neither work, again a waste of money! I am beyond disappointed as the most expensive pump on the market. The customer services has been so slow and terrible and the pump has been so terrible I’ve had a dip in milk supply and had to buy another pump and now I’m left this terrible VERY expensive pump that doesn’t work!
