I want to be completely fair. I installed the printer correctly, and it was quite easy to set up. Took 5 minutes on my Windows 10 laptop. However, I spent about 2 hours and 30+ test labels trying to fiddle around with the printer settings because I thought the printer was defective, since the text and lines on the labels were very inconsistent and extremely hard to read. As a last ditch effort, I fired off an email to their tech support...and got a reply within several hours! (A+ on that end) I showed them samples of the low quality output, and they stated that was because this particular model was 203dpi resolution. So this is what was to be expected. Unfortunately, the Ebay labels I printed were borderline unreadable, and the small text on Ebay envelope labels were basically basically useless, as the printer struggled to lay down ink on intricate numbers or designs. They informed me that I should be looking at the upgraded LP620 model for my needs, which prints at 300dpi. I ordered it, and low and behold, the labels (while not completely perfect) are 85% better quality than those printed from the LP320. Night and day. Please be aware that thermal label printers will never be a 100% quality match to traditional inkets, unless you probably dish out hundreds for the high end models. But for my intended use (amazon and ebay) the LP620 does the job fantastically. There is absolutely no reason to buy this LP320 model since the superior LP620 model is basically the same price. They are the exact same dimension and look identical. One just has a better quality print head. So I HIGHLY recommend this company for their technical support and willingness to help. I just cannot recommend this particular LP320 model. Stay away and opt instead for their LP620 (also available here on Amazon). Great company!
