These are just lacrosse balls
Yoga massage balls are suppose to be softer than a lacrosse ball but firmer than a tennis ball. I ordered these, but while they shipped I went to my local sporting goods store and bought 2 lacrosse balls for $1.89 a piece to be for working on larger tougher muscles.
These came in a day layer and are identical. Exact same size, exact same rubber, exact same hardness. There's no reason to pay full price for these when you can get 2 lacrosse balls for less than $4.
