We tried it and $1100 later in damages we can verify that it doesn't work. We have lots of experience tiling and thought this sounded great to use this behind the stove for the backsplash. We followed their instructions. The wall surface was smooth, not textured. We used 12 inch tile which is the limit of what the company recommends. It FAILED in less than a week and we have a smashed, brand new, induction stove top to prove it. Not only did the falling tile break the stove top glass, but it also broke the induction unit underneath so we are out $1100 in repairs. Contacted the Musselbound company and got a great big YAWN out of them. They just bleated on about how they don't sell on Amazon and so it wasn't their problem. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and don't use this for a larger tile. Learn from our mistake. It won't hold it.
