Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I had a older model and loved it. It worked perfectly for years. I sang its praises! The pressure was just right to effectively clean without being harsh. I had no hesitation (except for a few bad reviews) to order the same item. The updated design has 2 speeds and the previous version had one. It arrived in 2 days (YAY). It was worthless. It ran intermittently, even after I put better batteries in it. A few seconds on and a minute off. But, even when it operated, the water pressure was so low (on either speed) it was completely ineffective. It wasn't able to remove a single speck, not one. The older one got stuff out even after a thorough brushing. I don't know if this is poor mfg or poor redesign. I was very disappointed.
