Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Hello, my fellow Nurse Practitioner students. I bought this book hoping to use it for the remaining of my schooling and expecting it to last for at least a year. Here is my humble advice. DO NOT buy the new edition. The 5th edition aka the newest edition is a rip-off and here is why. The questions are identical almost to the tea of the 4th generation book. For example, a subsection might have 24 questions in the 4th edition. The 5th edition might have 25 but only one will be new and the other 24 are exactly the same. The book is good obviously as the previous book got good reviews. But do not be fooled into thinking you are gaining by buying the newest edition. Save yourself a lot of money and get the previous edition. Even the summaries which break down the questions are the same. I am disappointed the company considers this a new edition because they put in a few pictures and claim they added material.
