Same problem as many others customers here: After 3 months of owning the drive and using it maybe 10 times in total, the USB port on the drive separated from the enclosure. I realize there can be variances in durability due to latent manufacturing issues but this is the poorest hardware quality I've experienced from a major brand. I find it nearly impossible to believe that the device was subjected to any QA testing given the number of units affected and the apparent average time to unit failure. I will certainly never buy another SanDisk product after this experience. If you currently own this drive and it hasn't yet failed, back up your data asap.
