Bought this bed originally loved it it was purchased for a three year old and in under six months the entire side panel just popped apart. Called customer service to inquire about replacing the panel but was informed that there's no replacement after the first 30 days. They had no information for the manufacturer no address or telephone number so now I'm just out of my money. I'm very disappointed because I actually really like this bed but now it's unusable because they're sharp metal sticking out of the bed... buyer beware
