Very disappointed. First of all this was not a NEW product. Right out of the box when I turned on bluetooth it automatically tried to connect to some "Chris' iPhone6s plus" and seconds after tried to connect to "Chris' iPad". The black case that came along with it had dirt spot on the inside. It wasn't even a sealed box!!! I was so excited to get this one but was truly disappointing experience. And this doesn't stop there. It doesn't connect to my iPhone at all!.. i tried pair with my friend's phone but no luck. And lastly this things fails to shut off. Even after moving the power knob to off position the battery green light stays on. This wasn't the case always but definitely happens 2 out of 10 times. I've a Bose home theatre, their sound link mini, sound true earphone and wanted to make this as my first noise cancelling headphones. But it was utter flop. Please don't lower your bar I like your product and you guys are good... Fix this!!!!!!!!!!
