Les than rated capacity
First off, I design mobile systems that use a variety of battery technologies, including sealed lead acid. These arrived looking a little less than brand new, so I put them through three charge/discharge cycles at rated levels. The charger was a three stage charger with the final float charge allowed to run for 24 hours - so they were fully topped off. The two batteries should yield about 7Ah capacity when discharged at C/20, but these both came up far short. One consistently gave me 5.6 Ah and the other only 4.6Ah. While SLA batteries have a lot of variance, (even directly from the factory), and most will come up a little short of the manufacturer's claims, this is far below what a new battery should yield. Anything less than 6.3 Ah (90% rating) is really unacceptable. These are performing like batteries a couple of years old. So be careful, the batteries you buy from this source will work, but may not give you the service life that you would expect.
