I just used this product for the first time and immediately noticed it did not detangle my hair like the same product from Costco. I tried it twice and still had tangles. The smell is almost the same but there's a subtle difference. I then used some of the one from Costco and all my tangles were gone, I can run my fingers through my hair with the authentic product I had. It's too late to return it, but I will be filing a complaint with Amazon Customer support. Cause I also sent this to my sister.
