When Joovy created this stroller, they thought of and essentially delivered on every single thing you could look for in a stroller, from one-hand stand-up fold to easy maneuverability, great storage, nice look, quality metal and fabric, good-sized wheels, literally the whole nine yards. It was going to be my go-to, the best double stroller out there, couldn't wait to use it and was already starting to recommend it to everyone. Then I got it. Looked perfect, couldn't believe it was here, so excited, let's go out and test this bad boy out...I put the kids in and then I noticed it...the top portion of the head rest was bent backwards! What the???? I tried to fix, but there's nothing to fix, it was simply broken. So I looked under the fabric and to my shock, the seat is made out of thin plastic POSTERBOARD! Literally looks like the cardboard stuff your kids do their science projects on. JOOVY ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is the material you chose to use and expected to be sturdy on a $500 stroller? Something that if ever leaned on or bent in the wrong direction is completely unfixable and unusable? I assume the material was chosen because it is lightweight, but who gives a crap about weight when your stroller is completely useless when no head support is available for your child? WOW what a design flaw, something that is absolutely going to be an issue for anyone who buys this stroller, if not upon arrival like me, then at any point down the line when granny tries to figure out how to push this seat back or when child throws their head back in a tantrum, etc. This needs to be rectified ASAP as it completely ruined a perfectly amazing stroller, a stroller that by all means should be the BEST NEW SIDE-BY-SIDE DOUBLE STROLLER on the market. Get it together JOOVY, a seat made of flimsy posterboard at this price range (or any price range for that matter) is completely unacceptable! Without that issue, this stroller would have been a 10, 5-stars, so perfect, but as of now it is worthless.
