First shipment was a home run, second shipment was a swing and a miss. I received my first can of Freeze Dried Strawberries from Augason on January 7th and they were perfect. Crispy, bright red and very tasty. I used them to enhance cold cereal or yogurt and served them with whipped cream as a light dessert. Finished off the entire can in 5 weeks. Am expecting guests for a Valentine's day dinner and wanted to serve a bright red and white dessert. Received the second can at 5pm on February 13th only to open it and discover that instead of beautiful red and crispy strawberries inside, 100% of the sliced berries were grayish brown and 70% were stuck together, not something to show to any dinner guests.
