Not impressed that the exterior of the box came extremely dirty only to open up the product and see that the tool itself had all kinds of dings and prints on it with a nearly dead battery. All the pieces were obviously used and just shoved inside the box. The case was dirty with lints and crumbs. This was clearly a return and I’m disappointed that amazon felt comfortable charging full price for something like this without even giving the courtesy of sending a clean product.
