Spare yourself the heartache
In buying this supplement, you're paying a premium for marketing and psuedo-industry packaging -- not worth it. I'm not in great health, and I spend more than I'd like to admit searching for anything that offers some promise to improve my situation, even marginally. I've had some successes, but this ain't one of 'em. I'm sufficiently convinced that the phenomenon that this product is intended to address is a contributor to issues related to aging and certain medical conditions. And I knew going in that this product was really a convenient way to package together some neutriciticals that are believed to abate (or reverse) the shortening of DNA telomeres. If you're looking to cut down on the number of pills/capsules, this could be an option. But set modest expectations, seriously.
