I debated buying this pillow for a long time because it was so terribly expensive. I have awful neck pain, and have tried every pillow out there trying to mitigate it. I eventually broke down and purchased this pillow, because how could so many 5-star reviews be wrong? When the pillow arrived and I opened the box, I discovered just how this pillow has so many 5-star reviews. The company offers free products in exchange for 5-star reviews. Leave a 5-star review and you get a free pillowcase. The pillow itself is just okay. At first, the chemical smell was pretty awful, but it faded within a few days. For the first month of so, I liked the pillow quite a bit. I had no neck pain, and the pillow held its form nicely. By month two, the inner foam was starting to compress in the middle. Now several months later, I have to regularly adjust the filling in hopes of sleeping pain free. Sadly, by morning the center of the pillow is flat. For $100, I expected to get more than a few months of use from it. I feel pretty cheated about this purchased. I bought this pillow based solely on the 5-star reviews, and now I realize they were not exactly genuine. This pillow really is no better than any of the other side sleepers I've tried. Purchase it at your own risk. Just know the glowing reviews you are reading may not be completely truthful.
