I'm not sure how this thermometer has anywhere close to 5 stars. I paid for 1-day shipping because I lost my other thermometer and I'm currently sick with a fever so I needed something to measure how severe my fever is. I received this today, followed the instructions, and it listed my temperature as 95.7F. Let's be real, nobody ever has that temperature and I'm at least glad that the false reading was false enough to know it's wrong, but how did they even ship this thing out? Yes, I can return this piece of crap, but I'm out the shipping fee and stuck without a working thermometer.
