Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is so bad! I had read the other reviews and had seen the pictures where the supports poked through the stitching. I studied those pictures and felt confident that, with my sewing machine and a modicum of skill, I could repair the wear should the same happen to mine after some use. HOWEVER, it seems the company, upon seeing the bad reviews, took the supports out of the back unit all together. Bad move! The seat is nice and cushy (thus the one star), but when I lean back I just keep going until I am flat on the floor. This provides ZERO back support now, it just crumples underneath you. Such a disappointment.
