Got this phone for my elderly farther. Not a bad phone & the simple launcher is great cause it makes all the apps on the home screen big as well as simplifying the layout. What I do not like is that it does not support dual band Wi-Fi. A TCL rep said it does on the questions portion of this listing. But it does not. If you look at the specs on the TCL website it does not mention the 5 GHz band. On their other phones it is in the specs. Like I said, not a bad entry level phone. Screen quality is good & the phone is somewhat snappy to use. I just wish it had 5 GHz Wi-Fi support. Update: 3/15/22 Last security update was June 5 2021, that is not acceptable. Since there is no software support for this phone from TCL, I have to lower my rating from 3 stars to 1.
