When I got my first pair of Sleepbuds, I was disappointed to find that one speaker made a constant crackling/popping noise when active. I returned the pair, thinking it was a fluke. My second set had no such audio issues and, for a couple nights, they worked great. And then they stopped connecting to anything. Tried multiple phones, resetting the case...nothing. They'd show as charging/charged based on the lights in the case, but never paired with another device again. And back they went. Again. After two bad sets of $250 earbuds, I'm not trying for a third. Which is a shame since the few nights they worked were fantastic.
