Where did the quality go??
The product quality is not close to the original. Dyson has always maintained industry leading quality so I was taken back by the “cheaping” of this filter. Emailed customer service who replied that is should work just fine. Disappointed. James Dyson please correct this quality issue. PS: I enjoy your other devices and appreciate the value of buying a premium device and getting a premium experience. This was a miss.
