Don’t buy it! It’s a great concept but it doesn’t work. I had professionally installed and the irresponsible certified professional told me that’s how the car seat works - wiggling. It took me 8 months (first time mom) to realize that I should get a second opinion. My husband thought it was ok, but my heart kept saying it was not. I took to another certified professional and she told me that wiggle is fine but not more than 1”. That wasn’t the case. There was no way she could safely install this car seat. I bought another one and she installed perfectly. I contacted amazon and the seller and they basically left me with a $500 dead weight. They don’t care it’s prime if passed the window for refund it’s about seller policies. And policy is go talk to the manufacturer we don’t care your baby’s life was risked for this entire time since we sold you a defective item. It’s frustrating and upsetting. I wish I could make this work, again it’s a great concept, but it’s terribly made and customer service is awful.Completely disappointing!
