Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was excited to try this but even after following the instructions and trying the different setting as directed, the bats are still comfy and hanging out. The product also comes with extra instructions asking people not to leave negative reviews and to contact the company. It's nice that they want to offer good customer service but makes me wonder if I would've even purchased this if reviews were actually left by more customers who didn't have luck with the product- so here is my experience. I decided to leave an honest review which is negative and not contact the company- they even put it ON THE BOX to not leave a negative review. No luck with the product, still have bats and out $$.
