First off, the blender itself is great. It does exactly what it needs to do and has more than enough power to do it. Mechanically, I haven't had any issues; however, here's my problem with JAWZ, the company. Come to find out the JAWZ blade is integrated into the container and cannot be replaced as a spare part. The next logical question then would be, then why not replace the container as a whole? JAWZ says you cannot do this and that you must buy a completely new blender should you need to replace your blades. Who does this? All the other leading blenders offer blade replacement as a spare part. What a racket JAWZ is running. Their blender is considered top-end, and it's relatively expensive when comparing it to other leading high-end blender competitors. Who has $170 plus dollars to drop on a new blender every time the blades need to be replaced? Ethically, this is so wrong! I will share this with other potential buyers on Facebook, Twitter, and AWS so they aren't duped into JAWZ's shady practice. I will never buy another JAWZ blender because of this.
