I don't know why Cindy Crawford is in it because product is not effective at all. If the introductory kit was $49.95 the second charge was over $70 plus they keep charging me even though I called and cancelled. They charge you $10 for S&H, plus to return it UPS is $20 (they want you to return it by UPS to the PO box), so you are loosing $30 just for trying it. They added some kind of state taxes in the amount of $12...how is it possible to charge $12 in taxes for $49.95 purchase? This is the first time that I was charged taxes when buying on the internet. Product is really bad. The day cream is worse than than the cheapest cream in the drug store. It is so greasy, I think that's why everybody is getting those pimples. Customer service is horrible. They are seriously rude. She said "don't get smart with me", who talks like that to a customer. I guess the receive a lot of pissed off customers. It is a nightmare. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is a waste of money, waste of time and stress with dealing with dumb service representatives.
