I turned on my new heat tool and it immediately started smoking out of the vents in the back and smelled awful. I thought it seemed odd so I immediately turned it off and set it to the side. Seconds later I looked over and the whole thing was melting and smoking and I had to run it outside because I feared it would catch fire. Very scary situation, thank God I didn't walk off once I turned it off.
