Cool, but expensive. Not as functional as the original.
EDIT: 4/13/16 Moved to 2*. After using this for a while I decided to switch it out for the original TIme Timer design and ended up purchasing the old 3" model. Basically, while the MOD looks more modern, functionally it is a step down. I found it annoying to "turn a knob" to set the timer as rotating a knob is inaccurate due to the fact it is so small. You know wrist watches, where you turn the tiny watch dial in order to set the time, and how annoying that is? The feeling is just like that. One way they can improve the design is to make the turning knob bigger, similar to a standard egg timer.
In the original Time Timer design, you set the time with a "thumb drag" motion, which I found to be more efficient, accurate, and overall practical since I am constantly setting the time at short 5-15 minute intervals. Rotating a tiny knob just doesn't cut it for me.

Expensive for what you get -- a little alarm clock made in China. You would think they would have the decency to give you a free AA battery since you're already paying so much. I was excited to get the product but you can really tell it is made in China. I have no issues with this, but again, the pricing should reflect quality, and this is not a $40 alarm clock.
Requires AA battery. Does not come with battery. Battery slot is very annoying cause you need to use a screwdriver to open it. Wish they designed it like all other plastic alarm clocks with the battery opening you can just slide open.
That being said, it is a cool little device. Excited to start using it.
