After hours of researching different peelers, I was so looking forward to when this one arrived. However I was so disappointed. It’s faster just to peel it by hand. While it is mesmerizing to watch, I would only use this if I couldn’t use both of my hands or slower than a turtle. I had to run various vegetables (potatos, apples, cucumbers, etc.) 2 to 4 times to get it fully peeled. If you buy vegetables cheap and they are not symmetrical/perfect in shape, this peeler won’t work very well either
