Most everybody in the whole world knows that you buy 30 gallon trash bags to fit in 30 gallon, heavy duty, plastic garbage cans. You stretch them slightly so they'll hook over the top rim. You fill them with whatever, unhook them, pull & knot the drawstring, roll them to the curb for pick-up, turn over the can, and the full bag slides out. That's what 30 gallon trash bags are for! NOT these guys. The tops are too small and will not stretch over the can rims. They are absolutely useless - for their intended purpose!
