I gave this to my baby and immediately noticed that his breathing sounded irregular and mucusey. He also began coughing and wheezing. I called his ped and she asked what was in this product and when I mentioned clove and peppermint she told me to take the baby to the ER. Clove and peppermint can be lethal for babies and causes an inflammatory response in their lungs. I asked what age is safe to give clove or peppermint to a child and my doctor said no child under the age of 6 should be given clove and no child under the age of 2 should be given peppermint. This is a dangerous product and Amazon should seriously consider discontinuing it.
