Do not buy this mattress. Yes, it is incredibly comfortable, but there’s a hidden downside. This mattress has a cover that is zipped on. However, there is a tag that says do not remove cover, glass fibers. So I went to the company website and all it says is not to remove the cover to wash as it’s all part of the system of the mattress. I did some further research and discovered an active class action lawsuit against the company from March 2020. Many people have experienced glass fibers coming through the cover and poking them. I am now in the process of figuring out from Amazon how to return this. I wanted to wash the cover (for hygiene) and didn’t discover any of this until then. I never would’ve purchased this mattress if I had known about these fibers. It’s very disappointing because it is a very comfortable mattress.
