This is my 2nd time ordering a box of 1000 packets for WholeEarth Sweetener. My 1st order was 1000 packets in a box but this time I only received 875 packets. Just counted the box because i’m splitting 500 packets for my household and 500 packets for my parents. So I’m sure a lot of other customers may have been shorted too!! The Whole Earth company shouldn’t be writing a box of 1000 packets if they are not going to have the accurate amount in the box!! I decided to write this review to express my disappointment because shorting 3-5 packets i can let pass and understand BUT shorting customers 125 packets is way too much!! Really WHOLE EARTH?? Quite disappointed and I even signed up for a recurring subscription every 3-4 months. Will most likely cancel this subscription now. Whole earth you better check your machines that auto count these boxes. I’m sure this happens with other companies too but the question is what does Whole Earth do to appease unsatisfied customers???
