Okay, we have owned it for just over a month. I was really disappointed that the cover came undone at the seams after a gentle cycle washing and a tumble dry. I read most of the reviews before purchasing and it looked like a pretty good bet. No so, would not recommend. You can find better quality at a lower cost elsewhere. How about a refund? The product/cover is not durable.7/11/18 *Just heard back from PETMAKER who sent me back to Amazon for a refund. Amazon web site says it is no longer a returnable item. It's defective, poorly made and it feels like I got scammed. Save your time and money and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM
