Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this attachment from Goddess Skin Care through Amazon. I thought it was through Amazon so I figured it had Amazon's return policies but I was wrong. The product didn't work for me and it was much smaller than I had expected as well. So I sent it back. But Goddess Skin Care said because I opened it they won't let me return it. Amazon always lets me return things if they don't work even if I opened it, but Goddess Skin Care said no. Amazon tried to help me but Goddess still said no. So I wrote a review explaining their return policies of not taking back open items, for other customers. A sales rep immediately telephoned me from a restricted number, had a brief conversation, then called me a "total *ucking *unt" for writing these things about their return policies, and then hung up on me. She had said she wanted to fix the previous negative review, but in reality what they did was make up an outright lie that I had broken the product and that was why they weren't going to accept the product back, merely because it was opened. These are obviously unacceptable ways to treat customers and I am insulted, and I want to warn others of their policies and behavior.
