I was told that “information regarding certifications and third party testing is privileged information that allows us to remain competitive. ” However, it is common practice among supplement manufacturers to provide some confirmation of testing and results. If you cannot provide some confirmation of purity, how are consumers to trust your company? You currently have no website information to reference, your answers to questions on Amazon are vague, and your package labeling provides little information regarding quality and purity standards. Without this information, I don’t feel comfortable giving these supplements to my family and nor should the general public. Should this information become available, please share it. It would greatly improve trust in your company and its products. After learning that many supplement companies sell products with high levels of contaminants such as lead, arsenic, and mold, sharing this information could set your company ahead of the competition since it is what consumers look for when choosing a supplement. I personally, will refrain from further purchases from Earthen until this is made available.
