Product Longevity Issues
This dehumidifier worked well for 7 months and then froze up and stopped working. I reached out to their customer service and they were willing to send me a new unit if I wrote them a review of their great customer service and then sent them a screenshot of it. I searched other reviews and it appears that this happens quite a bit with their units. I didn't like the hostage-like situation with my review so I'm going to get a new dehumidifier from a different company.
