I've been an HP Printer fan for years. I've had a few of them and have always recommended them. I've even come to like their photo creation software. This printer on the other hand, is a piece of junk. It's all setup with auto-updates and everything, it's fully up to date. Everytime I go to print, it's frozen at some strange blue screen, I have to pull the power to restart it to get it to work. Now I'm trying to print Christmas Cards on 4x6 HP Photo Paper, and it was working fine, now it's telling me to load 4x6 paper, but it's already in the 4x6 photo tray. Then to top it off, I'm trying to fix it, and it freezes up again.
