Not great, stopped charging my phone in about six months. It says it is charging but my phone gets no charge. We bought two and the second one is still working fine. I like the design of the product and charges my watch fine. My other issue is that I have to take my AirPod case out of the cover to put on charger the lightning connector for that is not high enough to connect if you keep a cover on your AirPod case Update: I contacted this company via Amazon, and they would not work with me unless I could send them videos showing my device wasn't charging. Well it looks like it is charging but it is not, because my device sits on this charger all night and has no additional charge the next day. As I mentioned I purchased two of these. The other one works fine (for now) so I know it is not my phone or watch that is a problem. So then I posted my honest review of the product and now I am getting an email every couple days (from a personal email account, not a company email account, nothing whatsoever identifying that this is a legit person) saying they will refund me in full, they will send me a new product, etc. if only I take this review down. 1. they should not be contacting me via a personal email, they had their opportunity to make it right when I contact them legitimately via Amazon. 2. the best way they could have had me remove or update this review would have been to work with me via Amazon in a legit manner when I reached out to them, as that would have been a legitimate and positive experience.
