UPDATE: They have completely ignored my request for replacement. While they commented below in an attempt to be helpful, it appears to be lip service only. They ignored my requests for warranty replacement. While it’s a nice case, the plastic that holds the phone itself is EXTREMELY brittle. It breaks/cracks much easier than other cases I have used. The corners separate and any small impact will crack the plastic. See attached photos. I ended up taping one of my corners back together. Contacted vendor for replacement. Will update once I get resolution.
