Cheap crappy toys. The father figure's leg broke off the first time it was played with just by positioning the legs. It wasn't handled improperly. The second time the toys were played with, the mother's leg broke off at the exact same place (hip) I know the toys were not mishandled because my daughter is older and doesn't play rough with her toys. These are obviously cheaply made toys. I do not recommend them.
