In short, I found this ginger powder contain quite a lot sand grains, yew! Disgusting. Because the weight, the sand grains settle down at the bottom of the container, therefore when we get this ginger powder and start to scoop and eat it from the top, we barely get any sand; however, when we get to the bottom layer, we start to get the gritty mixture of sand and ginger powder: so much sand that the food we cooked with this ginger powder was not edible! Is this intentional or unintentional? We don't know for sure, but one thing for sure: we are not gonna buy this sandy ginger powder again!!
