★☆☆☆☆
A huge disappointment
This book should have more accurately been titled "Relocation for Rednecks". Early on, the author hints at a right-wing view of the world and declares the field of climate science to be "phony". Not surprisingly, there's little mention of environmental catastrophes that people might be fleeing from (desertification of the southwest, rising sea levels, etc.). Instead, there are tables for each state listing the really scary things you might want to avoid, like Democrats, gun laws, gay marriage, racial minorities or "unproductive people" in general. Unless you're a fan of Fox News and talk radio, you'll be as disappointed in this book as I was.
