I purchased a Sopito French fry cutter on January 28, 2019. It worked for about 4 or 5 times then the locking tab on the black plastic insert, that pushes the potato, broke off. This makes the cutter practically useless because the insert doesn't stay aligned to the cutter head and now you get plastic shavings in the potatoes. I need a replacement part but it's been difficult to get ahold of the manufacturer.
