I bought this knowing it was a cheaper alternative to the expensive professional trainers but j had hoped I could have gotten more than one ride out of it. I was sure to set it up exactly as the directions had said and had been on it riding with no problem for about 30 minutes when suddenly the back wheel popped out of the grips and sent me tumbling through my living room. The cheap plastic caps that go on your rear wheel has broken apart and now I will most likely have to replace my back wheel. Again, I cannot stress enough how much time I took to make sure this was all set up correctly. I even went as far as to buy the raiser block before I tried it any other way as to be sure that everything was good to go. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you're ok with spending more money than the cost of the trainer on new wheels and 30 minutes worth of working out.
